We experienced a bit of a hiccup with a mouse in our room. It was quickly addressed, but it was still unsettling and something to keep in mind for the cleanliness of the rooms.

the hyatt has a fantastic location right by bourbon street! the bed was super comfy, and the welcome drink from the bar was a nice touch. the outdoor pool area was enjoyable, especially with the bar service. the staff was very friendly and professional, really making me feel welcomed.
